Based in central Scotland, JM Services are a flat roofing and general maintenance company specialising in built up flat roofing systems and remedial timber treatments.
- Flat Roofing – offering a range of built up flat roofing systems, including insulating at the same time as felting.
- Building Restoration – We take pride in our building restoration and remedial work.
- Heat Loss– sourcing heat loss through Thermal Imaging and carrying out remedial works to rectify the problematic areas.
- Remedial Treatments – dry rot, wet rot, Rising Damp, Woodworm, penetrating damp, condensation and mould problems are our speciality.
We pride ourselves in providing a high-quality service, with over 30 years experience Jack Mellon has built a strong reputation for providing a reliable, professional service whilst always being courteous and respectful of our customer’s property.
Before and after photographs can be supplied if required. We can also film work if required.
