If left untreated, timber treatments can cause structural damage to your property.
Wet Rot is caused by moisture being absorbed into timbers and is present over a long period of time. It is usually caused by water ingress from leaking tiles or leaking pipes etc. causes the timber to soften. It does not spread like dry rot, however if left untreated could still cause structural damage.
We inspect the area that is affected by wet rot and clear the rotting wood, then bespoke treatments are carried out depending on the requirements.
