The property’s exterior was showing significant signs of wear, with large areas of damaged render and flaking paint leaving the façade patchy and unprotected. Exposure to the elements had taken its toll, giving the building a tired appearance and increasing the risk of further deterioration.

After
Following a full exterior restoration by JM Services, the property has been completely transformed. Fresh render repairs and a high-quality protective coating have created a smooth, clean and uniform finish. The building now looks revitalised, with improved kerb appeal and long-lasting protection against Scotland’s weather.
